Would be great to have a better vieuw in timing the events.
People would like to now where the will be picked up and deliverd back home.
So the they can decide what they else wanne do.

Pick-ups by bus will be organised from and to Novotel Hotel (Subway station "Gallieni" (line 3)) where the Gala Ball will take place on Saturday evening.
3 activities only are concerned by pick-up by bus:
- Monday: day to Loire castles
- Wednesday: day to Reims
- Saturday morning: morning to Versailles castle
For all other activities, the meeting point will be directly to the activity (everything will be clearly described in the "Participant Booklet").
For these 3 activities with pick-up, the schedule is as follows (the exact times might change a little bit, but maximum 30 minutes):
- Monday (Loire castles): 7 am to 9 pm
- Wedneday (Reims): 7.30 am to 6.45 pm
- Saturday morning (Versailles): 7.45 am to 1 pm

Where and when will we receive the participant's book? Our first event will be the Sunday dinner. Will we be able to get this book there or will it be available online before then?
The Participant Booklet will be given with the Welcome Kit at the beginning of your journey.
It should also be available on the site this week. Please check the "Last News" on the home page, there will be an announcement once the booklet is downloadable.
