Registration

Can I register several participants at once?

No, each participant must register separately, this allows us to collect all the data we need. Afterwards you can pay for several persons (banking transfer), just contact us upon paying.

How to book a room at the Novotel?

The room reservation must be made through the registration form.The reservation, and the price, is per room. If you are a couple, or if you wish to share a room with some friends, one of you only should deal with the reservation in his registration.
You don’t need to inform us about the people you are sharing the room with, as the reservation is made on behalf of one person only.

What should I do if I wish to change my registration?

If you wish to change your personal data (address, date of arrival or departure ...), go to My account then in My personal data.
If you wish to attend an additional activity, in the registration section, connect yourself and register for the additional activity only.
For any other request (cancellation of participation to an activity, change in your booking at the Novotel hotel...), please contact us directly.

What will happen with my personal data after this Europatreffen?

The data is used only for the realisation of Europatreffen and will not be passed on to third parties, but can be used by organisers of upcoming Europatreffen. You can prevent this by contacting us.
