PREAMBLE
The non-for-profit organisation Altitudes, whose registered office is located Maison des associations, BP n° 17, 22 rue Deparcieux, 75014 Paris, is organising the 44th Europatreffen in Paris from May 29th, 2011 to June 5th, 2011.
Registration for activities during this week is reserved for members of organisations for tall people. Spouses and children of small size are accepted.
Within this context, and exceptionally, the organisation offers participants to take part in activities at a fixed-price and negotiated with services providers.
This event is non for profit.
I- BEFORE EUROPATREFFEN

Altitudes is the sole author of all in the information available on the www.europatreffen2011.fr website. By consequence, it retains full responsibility for the management of the website.
The organiser himself and the information providers will endeavour to provide information of the highest quality. However, the author provides no guarantee as to the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the information provided on the website. The author cannot be held responsible for any loss, injury or damages resulting from the use or non-use of the information provided or the use of erroneous or incomplete information. All offers are without guarantee. The organisers reserved the right to change, complete or delete pages in whole or in part and to discontinue the publication temporarily or permanently without notice.
The author will endeavour to respect authors rights on graphics, recordings, and texts used in the publication, use his own graphics, recordings and texts or resort to using graphics, recordings, and texts that are not protected by a copyright. If the case where some pages do contain graphics, recordings and texts protected by a third party’s copyright and is unmentioned, it is understood no copyright was established by the author. In the case of involuntary violation of a copyright, the author will delete the concerned object of the publication or will obtain a licence to use the copyrighted object after having been informed.
The photos and videos of the event will be published exclusively on the private pages of the website with implicit authorisation of the participants to the 2011 Europatreffen in Paris. All participants may request the deletion of a picture portraying him without providing reason.
I-2 Personal information on the event website
For the purpose of the registration and admission, participants will provide personal information on the www.europatreffen2011.fr website.
Personal information provided are done so at the participants own will and are registered for the processing of the queries and comments. The conference organiser ensures that the personal information will be strictly used to this end and no information will be divulged to third parties.
I-3 Acceptation of the service and payment method
All reservations for activities on the www.europatreffen2011.fr website are final.
By validating/confirming the registration, the participant declares having accepted all terms of the registration as well as the present conditions of the sale.
In order for the participant to confirm payment, the participant must select activities offered on the site, to enter information relative to registration, select payment method and confirm the registration. Following these steps, payment is registered as proof of the participant’s registration.
Payment of the order can be done by bank transfer, secure online payment (PayPal) or a check quoted in Euros from a French bank or payable in France.
All bank transfers emitted from a bank outside of France will be quoted exclusively in Euros. Bank transfers originating from countries other than France may entail bank fees and exchange rate fees. The aforementioned fees are at the responsibility of the participant. For the online secure payment, the participants are redirected to the PayPal server.
I-4 Registration for activities, prices and deadlines to register
Activities and corresponding participation fees are published on the www.europatreffen2011.fr website under the tabs Program and Registration.
The prices/fees are fixed and quoted in Euros taxes inclusive by person. No insurance is provided in the prices/fees indicated on the website.
The prices/fees as indicated on the website will increase as of February 15th, 2011.
Registration must be accompanied by the total amount of payment and is final only upon receipt of payment with a confirmation sent by email by the event organisers. By consequence, participants are requested to check their electronic mailboxes. With full payment, Altitudes reserves the right to consider that the participant has cancelled their registration.
Registration will be closed on March 31st, 2011, or before should the available number of available places be attained. A notice to this effect will be published on the website www.europatreffen2011.fr.
I-5 Contract transfer
Participants may transfer their registration to another member of their organisation should the latter fulfil the same requirements. The participant is responsible for informing Altitude of their decision by any means by which a written confirmation can be obtained by February 14rth, 2011.
Any breaches in the contract, when possible as mentioned in the current disclaimer, will result in the billing of the following cancellation fees: 30 € per person.
I-6 Conditions for cancellation of registration and deadline for registration
Cancellation of all or part of activities can be done without charge until January 14th, 2011 after notifying the event organiser and with written confirmation. After this date, no cancellation in part or in whole will be possible.
Cancellation of an event during Europatreffen 2011 due to the participant for any reason will not be reimbursed.
The participant is responsible for fulfilling the requirements to enter French territory. Altitudes will not be held responsible for an annulled stay due a non-valid passport or the irregularity of document provided before departure.

II- DURING EUROPATREFFEN
II-1 Cancellation by a service provider or by the organisers
The execution of the program entails the participation of a number of various enterprises providing means of transportation, hotel rooms etc. Altitudes will not be held responsible for liabilities pertaining to these enterprises and responsibilities.
In the case of events outside the event organiser control, the event organiser reserve the right to modify the program and itinerary and to replace activities originally scheduled. No compensation can then be claimed back.
In case of cancellation of an event due to a provider, and in case of no replacement, the activity will be reimbursed only, and only if, the association Altitudes obtains a reimbursement for the service.
II-2 Cancellation for reasons due to weather conditions
Whatever the weather conditions may be, activities will be take place, unless decided by a service provider.
No reimbursement or compensation will be given for reasons du to weather conditions, unless Altitudes receives a reimbursement for an activity concerned by the service provider.
II-3 Reserves on the responsibility in case of strikes or force majeure
Altitudes will not be responsible for reasons beyond its control such as Parisian public transport strikes or all other nature impeding the Europatreffen 2011 and its activities.
All unpredictable situations, such as natural disasters, riots, strikes etc may entail the cancellation of an activity. No reimbursement or compensation will be given should an activity be cancelled for cause of force majeure.
II-4 Legal jurisdiction
The present conditions are binding by French law. All point of contention regarding the interpretation and execution will be under the revision of French court.
II-5 Participants personal liability
The event organiser will note be held responsible for direct or indirect be it corporal or incorporal damages incurred during an activity.
In this occurrence, the Participant will have recourse to the insurance of the service provider, put under no circumstances will the Participant claim damagers and interest against Altitudes.
All participants are should ensure that they are in possession of a personal liability insurance.
